If your pre-purchased treatment is no longer the most suitable option for your skin, we'll work with you to transfer the value to an appropriate treatment of equal value. We take skin health seriously, and where needed, we may recommend additional preparation - through in-clinic treatments or an at-home routine - before your treatment begins.
