Usage:

  • When used individually (not part of the Digestive Tune-Up) take 1 capsule, 2 times per day, approximately 20 minutes before food.

Lactobacillus Acidophilus 5 Billion CFU, Bifidobacterium Bifidum 5 Billion CFU, Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) 100mg, Bovine Lactoferrin 30mg, Undaria Pinnatifida (Mekabu Seaweed) ext Equiv. dry whole plant 300mg (Standardised to Fucoidan 12.5mg).
